Who Should Attend?

Leaders who are expected to provide employees with an environment free of harassment should attend this workshop. These leaders need to be proactive and at times reactive to certain situations that call for diligent techniques that ensure employees are treated with dignity and respect in the workplace.

You Will Learn:
• to define and identify various forms of workplace harassment while increasing awareness of corporate responsibilities, employee responsibilities and legal elements that affect the workplace,
• how to encourage prevention of workplace harassment through proactive intervention and identification of non-compliance situations,
• to recognize the negative impact of workplace harassment,
• the importance of internal systems and standards associated with the legal requirements and the need to exercise due diligence.
