Transitional Supervision

Who Should Attend?

This workshop focuses attention towards those supervisors who are in transition as new supervisors. For the most part, these new supervisors were "one of the guys" yesterday however, today they are the "boss". Now they are expected to be the problem solvers, decision makers, responsibility holders and result producers, in an accountable work environment that features change, issues and ill structured problems. Feeling pressure from within, the new supervisors feel the need to equip themselves with the tools and techniques that can help achieve greater daily success and establish credibility in their new role.
