Strategic Negotiation

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is intended to fulfill the needs of those who wish to establish a formal planning process, prioritize key issues, break deadlocks and negotiate as part of a team or individually. The program targets participants who wish to become strong negotiators and currently discover that they are struggling due to a lack of confidence and / or knowledge in the negotiating process. Although not seasoned veterans, participants understand that at times they are required to negotiate terms of work with employees or terms of services with internal and external resources.

• the various stages of negotiation and the behaviours associated with each stage.
