Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for leaders who are expected to manage the work environment through effectively dealing with a wide spectrum of people. These leaders sometimes feel frustrated and intrinsically upset by the values that their employees demonstrate in the workplace. Designed to transfer the skills and knowledge that relate to personality types, leaders will gain an insight as to how social values shape employee attitude and behaviour. This in turn, will shape how leaders manage their work environment and lead people on a daily basis.

You Will Learn:
• the characteristics that shape the twelve socio-cultural groups and how the members of each group affect your ability to manage,
• the values that shape each socio-cultural group and how we need to deal with each group member on an individual basis,
• that in order to treat employees equally, you must treat them differently because their social values dictate their relative understanding,
• which communication factors are effective and should be used when commuicating with various socio-cultural group members,
• how to effectively change your role from coach, to counselor, to confronter, based on socio-cultural needs.
