Leaders who attend the workshop recognize the fact that motivating employees, although periodically difficult, will improve employee effectiveness and group dynamics. • the principles associated with managing transition by understanding the prime directive of employee motivation and its relative effect on company values and strategy,
• the positive and negative effects of tailoring motivational strategies to differing employees,
• to deal with different and conflicting values by evaluating our own evolving values and explore differentiating employee values in the workplace,
• a sustained approach to changing employee behaviours by goal setting, establishing trust and rapport, reading and understanding employees, sharing feedback and establishing employee accountability
