Who Should Attend?
If you are a manager, supervisor or team leader and have difficulty working with and / or motivating a poor performing employee, then this workshop might be for you. Attendees do not wish to assign a lower lever performance standard and will not compromise but, they are interested in assisting the poor performer.
You Will Learn:
• Identify what a poor performer’s behaviours look like,
• Write ABC’s that identify behaviours,
• Develop a task analysis to break down the performance objectives,
• Link the performance goals to the performance review,
• Create action plans to work with the employee all year.
This workshop uses a lot of skill practices to assist learners to speak with their poor performers
