Christine has been a member of the Pollice Management Consulting Group since 2008. She leads the communication and team dynamics portfolios by utilizing experiential learning models that address the individual and team learning styles. Christine’s expertise includes self development and motivational techniques.
In 1989, after 15 years in the private sector Christine left her post as National Training Manager at Dun & Bradstreet to design and facilitate relevant training and organizational development programmes for clients in business and government.
In addition to facilitating the Diploma in Adult Education programme with St. Francis Xavier University, Christine also conducts seminars and workshops from Nunavit to the Caribbean.
She has conducted seminars and workshops with such diverse organizations as, Laidlaw Education Services, St. Mary’s Cement, Hamilton Wentworth Police Service, Hoffman La Roche Canada, Amgen, Cryo Cath Technologies Inc, Dufferin Construction, Langen Packaging, Cami Automotive, St. Lawrence Cement, University of Guelph, Sobeys Ontario, Cook Canada, Mitra Imaging Inc, Hatch Canada and Ontario Hydro.
Christine has a strong commitment to obtaining measurable results from her workshops. She quickly develops rapport with attendees to encourage enthusiastic participation. Her presentations are always based on solid design theory, which stimulates the participants to take action and implement necessary changes once the training is completed.
Christine is certified to deliver Myers Briggs; True Colours; DiSC and Time Mastery instruments from Inscape; DISC from Thomas International and has a Diploma in Adult Education from ST. F. X. University.
Christine relaxes on her horse farm riding horses, enjoying the great outdoors and taking care of her several animals.
